Our Programs

Contracts in the term of 6-months or 10-months are awarded; they cannot be purchased.

All clients will work one-on-one with Coach Joe and will be brought through custom tailored Results-Life-Coaching programs combined with 12-step models.

The Four Pillars of Stability are comprised of Sleep, Diet, Fitness, and Sexuality. They incorporate education, tools, processes, and accountability partnership to ensure continuous improvement and optimization.

The Habituation of Spiritual Habits is a framework and tracking program which identifies thought, emotional, behavioral, and spiritual misconducts which exacerbate addictions and help you to develop the skills and tool employment to overcome those destructive habit-patterns.

12-step model

12-Step models outline a path to spiritual progress through a series of actions designed to elicit what The Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous refers to as a “psychic change” – a complete mental, emotional, and spiritual shift in perception. This model includes actions for each step, meeting attendance, and working with a sponsor.

Experiential Therapies

Experiential therapy is a type of therapy that allows patients to use expressive tools, activities, and other methods to reenact or recreate specific situations from past and present situations in their lives.

Four Pillars of Stability

Sleep, Diet, Fitness, and Sexuality are the Four Pillars of Stability. The model outlines a path to physical consistency and repeatability, implementing data-tracking tools to optimize and continuously improve each pillar.

Internal Family Systems Therapy

IFS therapy model is an integrative approach to individual psychotherapy. It combines systems thinking with the view that the mind is made up of relatively discrete sub-personalities, each with its own unique viewpoint and qualities.
